The top and frame will be delivered in separate boxes, the frames are approx. 32kg and the tops range from 20-30kg depending on the size.

Wish to Cancel Your Order? If you desire to cancel an order for an in-stock item, please get in touch with us as soon as possible. For orders with a delivery time quoted at less than 7 days, cancellations must be executed within 6 hours of order placement. You retain the right to cancel the order within 14 days of receiving the item.
In instances where the order has already been dispatched, we kindly ask that you send back the goods to us upon delivery, adhering to the guidelines outlined in the Deliveries & Returns section.

Items like keyboards and cushions typically arrive fully assembled, while larger items such as desks and chairs may be delivered unassembled to avoid damage during shipping. For customers within the M25, we offer an assembly service at the time of initial delivery, but this must be requested when placing your order. For an accurate quote on the cost of product installation, please reach out to us prior to ordering.
For deliveries outside the M25, assembly charges can be provided via a custom quote upon request. Please note that if your delivery address changes after you've placed your order, the assembly charge may also change. The delivery charges mentioned are indicative and may be subject to change after reviewing the specifics of individual customer orders.
If there's an error in the delivery charges listed on your order, we aim to contact you within 48 hours of processing your order to rectify it.
We offer on-site chair fittings within the M25 area upon request. Please note that this service may incur additional fees based on the location. For orders to be delivered outside the M25, fitting charges can be provided through a custom quote upon request.

Each product you order comes with an estimated delivery date. However, unforeseen circumstances may occasionally cause delays. If such a situation arises, we will do our best to keep you updated. Please note that we cannot accept responsibility for any loss or inconvenience resulting from these delays. Once your products are ready for delivery, we will reach out to schedule a convenient delivery time and day.
Products will be delivered direct from the manufacturers in most cases. Please note that our delivery partners will only deliver your products to the door. We recommend inspecting the products thoroughly upon delivery. You will then be required to sign our Delivery Receipt, acknowledging the receipt of the goods. If someone else will be accepting the delivery on your behalf, they should be fully informed about the product details.
If you are not available at the agreed delivery time, we can reschedule for the next available date. Please be aware that there will be a charge for the rescheduled delivery, even if the initial delivery was free of charge.
